C -Ecclesiastical (Outside Directed, Apostolic team, Denominational or Bishopric)

Strengths of Each Type:

A - Congregational: Good for hiring leadership, where one is not raised up by leadership.

B - Presbytery: (board, deacons, elders) Good for discussions needing technical or professional knowledge or expertise. Good for long term administration (oversight) of projects and visions. C - Ecclesiastical: (Outside Directed, Denominational or Bishopric): Good for helping with problems with senior leadership, discipline or removal of top staff, strengthen and encouragement for vision and projects. Input and advise leadership as required, serve as fellow elder with leadership. D - Set man, with staff: Good for setting and administering vision, allowing freedom to move quickly, take advantage of opportunities, directions of the Holy Spirit. Works well with holy, humble, visionary staff who have faith.
