Beginning Tomorrow Today - By Timothy Sherman

dwells within those who are twice born.

I believe that before the fall of man in the Garden of Eden, the light of God's glory was originally infused into all created mat ter in the universe. All of creation came out of God, who is only love and light. Creation was without friction, without misalignment. Since the fall of mankind in the garden, creation has been without the glory infusion given at the original six-day work of God. Man forfeited his dominion and turned it over to the serpent, to Satan, in the garden. Man had been given authority and dominion over the universe; but, now that man had fallen by submitting to Satan in the temptation, the strife and disharmony of Satan went like a shock wave throughout the universe. Now mankind is under the curse of sin and disharmony, without perfect love and light, causing guilt, shame, and condemnation. To use an illustration: When a believer enters into the focus of Christ within him, staying and dwelling there, he may experien tially enter through Jesus the "gate"by His sovereign design. He may be thrust into other realms of eternity and go consciously beyond time, space and distance. This can happen by visions, dreams, trances, or translations. His desired destiny is His will and not just ours. The saints in the Bible set the pattern as they were moved by God and not by themselves. History was established for His glory. Even heav enly visitations are granted and encouraged, as some have written and shared in many venues. He is worth the pursuit at any cost. "Also He said to them, 'Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lampstand? For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.'Then He said to them, 'Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him " ' (Mark 4:21-25). 42
