Friends of the Bridegroom

As spiritual fathers and mothers, and as friends of one another, we need to be careful that we are attending the Bridegroom as per HIS instructions, as HIS friend. That we assist His bride in her preparations for her Groom, and not claim possession of her for ourselves. The bride belongs to the Bridegroom alone…

“The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom stands by and listens for him and is overjoyed to hear the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. He must increase; I must decrease.” (John 3:29-30)

Holy Spirit, help us know this One that is living inside of us. To really KNOW Him. To REALLY know that greater is He
